What is the “Forever Full” Technique?
The “Forever Full” technique is a dermal internal bra technique often used during breast augmentation and other breast procedures. Internal bra is actually an umbrella term including techniques intended to strengthen the lower pole of the breast. The idea of this technique is to reinforce the inframammary fold and strengthen the lower portion of the breast. Together this provides a more supportive foundation for a breast implant.
Our “Forever Full” technique is done without the use of synthetic materials such as mesh. This technique uses your own tissue to create the internal bra.
An internal bra can be done in conjunction with other breast enhancement procedures. It is often done as part of a breast implant exchange and can also be done during a breast lift (mastopexy) and implant exchange. It is also occasionally done without exchanging the implants during the surgery.

The internal bra technique can be performed in a variety of ways to meet the needs of each unique patient. The main goal of this technique is to provide structural support to the breast internally. A common method is to use special permanent or semi-permanent sutures in the internal breast pocket and along the breast fold.
While this technique is often referred to as an “internal bra”, it is not meant to be a complete substitute for wearing a bra. This technique is simply an extra measure that is intended to reduce the risk of bottoming out and drooping breasts.
